Craftsmanship in
oak and stone pine.
The furniture was made by a local carpenter from oak and Swiss stone pine. The floor is brushed, planed and oiled oak, and in the kitchen the oak meets a worktop of Assoluto Nero stone. Add designer lamps and plenty of light, and the open living area leads straight onto the terrace with views of the Ortler and Lake Haidersee.
Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and their own bathroom with WC. The stone-pine furniture smells of wood, and from the first bedroom you look out over the meadow and the larch forest. One bathroom has a bathtub and double washbasin overlooking the meadow and larch forest, the other a walk-in shower and single washbasin – both washbasins in Assoluto Nero.

The St. Valentin–Haideralm gondola into the Schöneben-Haideralm ski area starts just 250 metres from the apartment – about a three-minute walk.
How many guests does the apartment sleep?
The 73 m² apartment sleeps up to four guests: two bedrooms with king-size beds and two separate bathrooms, each with WC.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. In the low season it is 3 days, in the high season 5 to 6 days. You can see the exact details for your dates in the booking calendar.
How much does a stay cost?
The apartment is available from €160 per night. Final cleaning and the statutory local tourist tax are charged separately. You can see the exact price for your dates in the booking calendar or receive it on request.
Are bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as is high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi.
Are dogs allowed?
On request. Please mention in your enquiry that you would like to travel with a dog.
Is there parking?
Yes. The apartment comes with two garage spaces and one outdoor parking space.
Where can I store skis and mountain bikes?
In the in-house ski room with boot warmer. Mountain bikes are also stored safely there.
How does payment work, and what is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings a 50% deposit is due. If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded; after that it is non-refundable. The balance is due 14 days before arrival and is also non-refundable. For bookings via a platform, the platform's terms apply.
What is the Reschensee Guest Pass?
You receive the Guest Pass free of charge from us. It lets you use buses and trains throughout South Tyrol, take your bike on the train, and enjoy free or discounted admission at selected partners.
